MY MOM'S DRESSING 
1 lb. hamburger, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 loaf dried bread
1/2 lb. browned liver ground
1 box Stove Top stuffing
2 c. celery, chopped finely, cooked
1 stick butter
Water (for bread)
2 eggs
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
Salt
Pepper
1 1/2 c. water

Brown hamburger and onion. Set aside. Soak bread in water, later squeeze out. Put seasoning from Stove Top stuffing in 1 1/2 cups water. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, then add butter, eggs, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.

Mix ingredients all together. Put into 2 greased casseroles. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 45 minutes. Then uncover for 15 minutes. If using in a turkey warm dressing through, then put in bird.
