ALMOND CHICKEN SALAD 
1 can (11 oz.) pineapple & mandarin orange segments, drained
1 c. diced cook chicken
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sliced celery
2 tbsp. slivered almonds, toasted
1 tbsp. minced green onion
Salt to taste
Crisp salad greens

Combine and serve on crisp greens. Makes 2 generous salads.
