CHICKEN ALMOND SALAD 
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 c. sliced celery
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Mayonnaise
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c. sliced almonds

Toss chicken, celery, lemon juice, salt and pepper together. Add enough mayonnaise to moisten, mixing carefully, but thoroughly. Fold in eggs and almonds. Chill thoroughly. Serve in lettuce or tomato cups. Makes 6 servings.
