ITALIAN GARLIC STEAK 
2 tablespoons jarred or fresh, chopped and/or diced garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tsp salt (sea salt preferred)
2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp dried parsley
1/2-1 lb steak of your choosing

Combine olive oil, salt, pepper, parsley and garlic, stir with fork, place meat in plastic zip top bag, let marinate for at least a half hour but up to a couple of days, cook to your liking, and enjoy.
