SAUERKRAUT AND NOODLES | |
1 lg. (or more) can sauerkraut (and juice) 1 pkg. bow (smallest) noodles, cooked 1 lg. (or more) onion, chopped 1 stick (or more) butter 2 sm. cans or 1 lg. can mushrooms, juice and all (cut up big pieces) Put sauerkraut in pan. Add water to kraut level. Boil uncovered on stove, low simmer until water is almost gone. Fry onion with butter and add mushrooms, bow noodles and salt and pepper. Mix well. Put in roaster pan or baking dish. Bake in oven 350 degrees for 1 hour or in crock pot. |
