CURRY CHICKEN 
3 to 4 lbs. chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Wash and drain chicken. Place in oblong baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Turn off oven. Remove foil and let stand in oven for 5 to 10 minutes longer. Excellent served over steamed rice.
