MESA DOUGH AND TAMALES 
To make mesa dough:

Things you need:

Bag of corn chips
liquid (water or milk)

Crush the contents of a bag of corn chips until very fine and add liquid for a sticky texture.

How to make Tamale:

Put Mesa dough on a dish and spread with filling; roll it up and put it in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
