BROCCOLI BAKE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. broccoli, cooked & drained
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut up
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter; blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk all at once, cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Reduce heat; blend in cream cheese and stir until smooth. Stir in vegetable and turn into a 1 1/4 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Melt remaining butter; toss with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle crumbs over casserole. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
