BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 pkgs. frozen broccoli (chopped or spears)
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese
Grated onion to taste
Dash of curry powder, salt
1 can sliced water chestnuts
French fried onion rings

Cook broccoli until not quite done. Combine sauce ingredients and add to broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbles (about 1 hour). Top with French onion rings and bake 5 minutes longer.
