ORANGE MARMALADE 
3 big oranges
1 lg. lemon
1 grapefruit (can be omitted)

Cut up or put fruit in blender. Measure fruit. For every pint, add 2 pints water. Let stand overnight. Next day, cook (boil hard) for 1/2 hour. Next day, measure and add same amount sugar as fruit. Boil until thick, about 1/2 hour. 2nd day, just boil 15 minutes before putting in sugar.
