ORANGE MARMALADE LIMAS 
2 c. large dry limas
5 c. boiling water
1 lg. onion
12 whole cloves
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2/3 c. orange marmalade
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of Tabasco
8 strips bacon

Rinse limas, add water, boil 2 minutes. Cover and let stand 1 hour. Peel onion and stick with cloves. Add to limas with the bay leaf and salt. Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours until limas are tender.

Drain. Blend tomato sauce and marmalade, vinegar and seasonings and mix with beans. Pour into baking dish and top with bacon. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour. Serves 8.
