CHOCOLATE ITALIAN COOKIES 
1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. baking powder
5 c. flour
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) chocolate chips
8 oz. nuts
3/4 c. cocoa
1 c. milk

Cream oil, sugar, vanilla, eggs and milk. Add salt, powder, cocoa and flour. Add nuts and chips. Roll in ball size of walnuts. Bake on ungreased tins at 350 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes. Can add a chocolate or white glaze after cooled.
