MOM'S SHO FLY PIE 
CRUMBS:

6 c. flour
1 c. lard
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar.

Mix well and set aside.

JUICE:

3 c. brown sugar
2 c. Ole Barrel molasses
6 eggs, beaten
3 c. hot water mixed with 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Mix well, then add 2 cups flour mixture. Mix well. Pour into 4 9 inch pie shells. Divide remaining crumbs over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
