MOM BEE'S PUMPKIN PIE 
2 c. pumpkin, canned
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
Pinch of salt
1 c. canned milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into baked 9-inch pie shell. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes before testing. Pie is done when knife inserted into center comes out clean.
