GRITS CASSEROLE | |
1 c. grits 3 c. boiling water 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. milk 1/2 stick butter 4 eggs, beaten 1 c. grated cheese Pour the grits into boiling water with salt. Mix well, cook until thickened. Add butter, eggs, milk and cheese; stir thoroughly. Place in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yields four to six servings. |
