GRITS CASSEROLE 
1 c. grits
4 c. boiling water

Cook about 5 minutes. Add:

1 lb. grated cheese
3 beaten eggs
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. milk

Pour into buttered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until just BARELY brown.
