JEWELED FRUITCAKE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. water
1 lg. jar None-Such Rum & Brandy Mincemeat
2 pkgs. Pillsbury - 1 nut; 1 date nut bread mix
2 c. mixed candied fruit
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees; grease and flour 10 inch bundt or tube pan. In a large bowl combine eggs, water; stir in mincemeat and then add bread mix and stir in remaining ingredients; pour into pan and bake 90 minutes or more until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes; turn onto rack and cool. Top with some of the candied fruit.

This cake will keep in refrigerator for 2 months. Wrap in wax paper and then foil.
