THE NEXT BEST THING TO ROBERT
REDFORD
 
1 c. flour
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter
1/2 c. pecans

DESSERT:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 c. Cool Whip
1/2 c. pecans
1 lg. box instant chocolate pudding
1 lg. box instant butter pecan pudding
5 c. milk

STEP I: Cut together the flour and butter. Add pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes in a 9 x 13 inch pan.

STEP II: While crust cools, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar, 1 cup Cool Whip and pecans.

STEP III: Mix 1 large package instant chocolate pudding with 2 1/2 cups milk. Spread onto cooled crust. Cool again.

STEP IV: Mix 1 large box instant butter pecan pudding with 2 1/2 cups milk. Spread over cooled chocolate layer, cool.

STEP V: Spread 1 cup Cool Whip over butter pecan layer. Garnish with pecans if you wish. Cool and serve.
