1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. pecans

Mix and pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip

Mix and spread over crust.

1 sm. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk

Beat these next 3 ingredients with mixer until thick and spread over other layers. Spread remaining Cool Whip over top. Sprinkle grated chocolate or nuts on top. Refrigerate or freeze.
