CARROT NUT BREAD 
3/4 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. grated carrots
2/3 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins

Mix together salad oil, sugar and eggs. Heat until light and fluffy. Add dry ingredients. Add carrots, raisins and nuts. Mix well. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
