HONEY NUT CARROTS 
1 pkg. carrots
1 tsp. butter
2 tsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. honey
Dash of salt
Chopped nuts

Cook carrots until tender and drain. Melt butter and stir in flour. Add milk, honey and salt. cook until thick. Pour over carrots and sprinkle with nuts.
