HONEY-KISSED CARROTS | |
1 lb. carrots, scraped and cut into 1/2-inch slices 1 1/4 c. water 1/3 c. golden raisins 2 tbsp. butter 1/3 c. honey Simmer carrots in water for 15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; cook, uncovered, over medium heat an additional 10 minutes or until carrots are glazed, stirring occasionally. Yield: 4 servings. |
