2 c. of any roast
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. potatoes, diced
1/2 sm. head cabbage
1 1/2 c. diced carrots
1 tbsp. fresh parsley
1 (15 oz.) Hunts special sauce
1 (15 oz.) stewed tomatoes
1 tbsp. oil
1 sm. can corn
1 sm. can green beans

In medium pot brown roast and onion in oil. Add vegetables, stewed tomatoes, Special sauce and water to cover all vegetables. Simmer for 2 to 3 hours. Season to own taste.
