BAVARIAN CHOPS 
4 boneless pork loin chops
1 tsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped green onions
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
1/2 tsp. thyme
8 oz. warm beer
Flour

Lightly flour 4 chops. Melt butter on medium high heat and quickly brown chops on both sides. Remove. Saute onions, garlic and mushrooms and thyme.

Return chops to skillet. Add beer, bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
