2 Granny Smith apples
8 oz brown sugar
5 oz butter
1 oz Goldschlager
1/4 oz Bacardi 151
2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Peel and core apples. Cut medium dice. Melt butter, then brown sugar in saucepan until sugar forms a syrup. Mix apples and cook for 2 minutes. Add Goldschlager and 151 mixture and ignite. Cook off flaming alcohol and spoon mixture over ice cream.
