BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli (10 oz. pkgs.)
3 heaping tbsp. of mayonnaise
1 med. onion, diced
2 eggs, beaten
6 oz. or 1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can sliced water chestnuts
Ritz crackers

Thaw broccoli (do not cook) and mix all ingredients except Ritz crackers in an oblong baking dish. Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes uncovered. Do not grease baking dish.
