1/4 c. pure maple syrup
2 tbsp. light brown sugar
1 1/4 c. dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. whipping cream

Mix maple syrup and sugar together. Blend in sour cream and whip on low speed until smooth. Add whipping cream and whip on medium speed until mixture is light and creamy. Chill. Refrigerate any unused portion. Use as a dip for fresh fruit pieces.

Makes 2 cups.
