TOASTED COCONUT GEMS 
Bread slices
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can flaked coconut

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Trim crusts from bread slices, then cut each slice into 3 strips. Dip each strip of bread into condensed milk, turning with 2 forks to coat. Bake on greased baking sheet at 325 degrees for 12-15 minutes until brown.
