SEAFOOD DINNER SOUP 
2 tbsp. pure vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can minced clams & liquid
2 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen shrimp, cooked (or 1 can shrimp, cut up)
1/4 c. white wine

Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in oil. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer, covered 20 minutes. Serves 6.
