NEXT DAY SALAD 
1 head lettuce
1 c. celery
4 hard cooked eggs
1 (10 oz.) pkg. peas
1/2 c. green pepper
1 sm. onion
8 slices bacon (crisp) - save 2 slices
2 c. salad dressing
4 oz. grated cheese

Dice all ingredients, starting with lettuce, put a layer of each until you have used it all. Pour dressing over and then top with bacon and cheese. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
