ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
5 tbsp. white vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
Flavor packets from 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) chicken Ramen noodles
3/4 lg. shredded cabbage, raw
Noodles from 2 pkg. chicken Ramen noodles
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
3 chopped green onions
2 oz. pkg. slivered almonds
2 c. cooked cubed chicken

Dressing: Mix well the vinegar, sugar, oil and seasoning packets. Set aside. Best if this is made 12-24 hours in advance.

Into large pot of boiling water break up the noodles into small pieces and cook a few minutes only until al dente. Drain well. Separate as needed.

In large bowl combine cooked noodles, cabbage, sesame seed, onion, almonds and chicken. Stir up dressing to mix well and pour just enough dressing over ingredients in bowl to thoroughly moisten (to your taste).
