STUFFED FLOUNDER 
2 lbs. flounder - 9 to 10 pieces
1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 can crab meat
1/2 c. butter
Few pieces of garlic

To crushed Ritz crackers, add crab meat in a bowl. Melt butter and saute garlic. Add to cracker-crab meat mixture. Place a little stuffing on the fish and roll it up. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Top each piece with a piece of butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

I make this all the time. I use one sleeve of Ritz crackers chopped up celery a little chopped up onion celery, gives it a nice crunch.
