CARDAMOM CAKE 
350 cc sugar (1 1/3 + 1/8 c.)
150 cc melted butter (1 1/2 sticks)
300 cc flour (1 1/4 c.)
4 eggs
1 tbsp. cardamom

Beat eggs and sugar at high speed for 10-15 minutes. Add melted butter and beat at low speed until blended. Add flour and cardamom and beat again at low speed for about 3-5 minutes. Pour into a greased Bundt pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Let sit in pan for 15-20 minutes, then remove.

This is a marvelous pound cake from Finland!
