AUNT ANNA MAE'S BRACIOLE 
1 lg. flank or round steak, thin
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Sprinkle ingredients over steak, roll and secure with string or toothpicks. In pan to be used for spaghetti sauce, brown braciole in a little oil. Remove until sauce is almost done and then put braciole in sauce to finish cooking. Slice and serve with pasta and meatballs.

I always loved braciole and these recipes are all just slightly different from the one I was used to - we used bread not just crumbs and we always added hard boiled eggs when we rolled them and (sometimes) raisins. Just a variation that I remember!!
