ZUCCHINI WITH MUSHROOMS 
A tasty and easy way to serve the versatile zucchini.

4-5 med. zucchini
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
butter
Salt and pepper
Italian seasoning

Carefully wash and drain mushrooms. Slice washed zucchini 1/4 inch thick. Cut mushrooms into slices. Saute together in about 3 tablespoons butter, until just tender. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Serves 6 or more.
