MACARONI & CHEESE 
2 c. macaroni (cooked)
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
1 pkg. Townhouse cracker (crushed)
1 stick butter, melted

Melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add flour, salt and dry mustard. Mix well. Add milk, heat until sauce thickens a little. Add 1/2 cup grated Velveeta cheese. Stir until partially melted. Layer in buttered 2 quart casserole. Macaroni, then cheese sauce; repeat. Top with crackers which have been tossed in remaining butter.

Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
