ITALIAN CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
14 1/2 oz. can tomatoes, undrained and cut up
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese spread, diced, or 8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz cheese spread
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning, divided
2 1/2-3 lb. broiler/fryer, cut up and skinned
2/3 c. (1 1/2 oz.) Kraft 100% grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Stir together water, rice, tomatoes, cheese spread, onions and 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning into greased 12 x 9 inch baking dish. Top with chicken; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and remaining Italian seasoning. Bake 45 - 50 minutes or until chicken is tender. Let stand 5 minutes. Makes 4 - 6 servings. Prep time: 15 minutes. Cooking time: 50 minutes.
