OATMEAL MUFFINS 
1 c. milk
1 c. oatmeal (oats)
1 egg
1/4 c. salad oil
1 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine oats and milk, set aside. Mix rest of ingredients in different bowl. Combine to just moisten. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 425 degrees for 18 minutes. 14 muffins.
