B-B-Q RIBS 
4 lbs. ribs (boneless pork)
3 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. catsup
3 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. chili powder

Boil ribs for 1 hour. (My favorite are boneless pork.) Drain; let cool. In a saucepan, melt butter, saute onion and garlic. Add catsup, mustard, chili powder, and brown sugar; simmer. Trim fat off ribs and place in large roaster. Pour sauce over ribs. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
