STEVE'S FINGER LICKIN' B-B-Q
RIBS
 
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 c. ketchup
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. minced onions
8 oz. beer
2 tbsp. honey or maple syrup
3-4 lbs. pork ribs
Several drops Tabasco sauce or Louisiana hot sauce for more "fiery" sauce (optional)

Combine all ingredients except ribs in large bowl and mix thoroughly. Place ribs in large bowl or container suitable for marinating. Cover ribs completely with a portion of the barbecue sauce. Reserve remaining barbecue sauce and refrigerate. Cover and refrigerate marinating ribs overnight.

When ready to cook, place ribs on grill over low to medium heat. Cook thoroughly and use sauce that meat was marinating in to baste occasionally. Use barbecue sauce from separate container to serve with ribs. Serve with cold beer and plenty of napkins.
