APPLE PLUMPS
Lg. apples, 1 for each member of the family
Baking tray
Apple corer
Butter
Brown sugar

Remove the core from each apple with the corer and sprinkle the inside of the apple with some sugar. Set the apples in a greased baking tray. Stuff the centers of the apples with the filling, pushing down firmly. Pour a little warm water into the tray, just enough to cover the bottom. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Every now and then, baste the apples with the liquid in the tray. Remove apples from oven and eat when cooled.
