8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. tub Cool Whip
2 lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
Sm. fake plastic flowers
Gummy worms

Beat first 4 ingredients together until smooth. Then fold in the Cool Whip. In a separate bowl mix together the pudding and milk. Then add to first mixture.

Crush 1 large package of Oreo cookies fine. Put a thin layer of crushed Oreos on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan (slightly greased). Put the pudding mixture on top of the Oreos. Then top this mixture with the rest of the crushed Oreos. Add fake flowers and gummy worms for decoration. Freeze until firm 1 1/2-2 hours. Serve frozen.
