2 (1 lb.) pkgs. chocolate Oreo cookies
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
2 sm. pkgs. vanilla pudding
4 c. milk
12 oz. whipped topping
8 to 10 gummy worms

Make pudding and set aside. Grind cookies in food processor or blender. Mix cream cheese and sugar in separate bowl and fold in prepare pudding and whipped topping. Layer cookie and pudding mixture in plastic flower pot (or new clay pot), starting and ending with cookies. In final layer, stick gummy worms in so that the heads tick out of "dirt". Serve with garden trowel. Serves 12 to 15.
