POTATO CHEESE CASSEROLE 
3 (12 oz.) pkgs. hash browns
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pt. sour cream
1 can condensed cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1/2 c. onions, chopped (or 1/4 c. dehydrated onion)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. cheese croutons
1 stick butter

Combine first 7 ingredients. Crush cheese croutons and top the above mixture. Melt butter and pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
