CHEESE POTATOES 
2 (12 oz.) pkgs. Ore Ida shredded frozen hash brown potatoes
2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup, condensed
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. dried minced onion
2 c. grated cheddar cheese (be very generous)

Take potatoes out of freezer early. Thaw and squeeze excess liquid from potatoes. Mix all ingredients together and stir in separated potatoes. Bake uncovered in a 9 x 13 inch dish 50 to 60 minutes in 350 degree oven.
