PRUNE CAKE 
1 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 junior baby food jar prunes
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut

Beat sugar and eggs. Add oil, flour, spices and prunes; beat. Stir in nuts and coconut. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour in cake pan (13 x 9 x 2 inches). When cake is done wrap in wax paper to make cake moister.
