LISA'S EASY STUFFED SHELLS 
1 box lg. pasta shells
16 oz. cottage cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. Cheddar and 1/2 c. Monterey
32 oz. Italian sauce or Prego
Spices: Salt, pepper, parsley, oregano and basil

Cook pasta until tender, drain and rinse with cool water.

Mix all cheeses, eggs and spices well. Then spoon fill each shell and place in a long casserole dish lined with 1/3 of your favorite sauce.

Place neatly all of your stuffed shells into dish. When finished, pour the remaining sauce down the middle of your dish.

Sprinkle more parsley along side of your sauce down the sides, for color.

Sprinkle more cheese or Parmesan down the dish to your preference.

Bake 30-35 minutes for the dish to heat thoroughly at 350 degrees.
