APPLE CREAM PIE 
5-7 med. baking apples or Golden Delicious apples, peeled, cored & sliced
1-2 tbsp. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour

Prepare 8" to 9" unbaked pie pastry and use lattice pastry for topping. Parboil apples to soften approximately 5 minutes and drain. Place apple in pie pastry and dot with butter. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and flour until smooth and spread this mixture over apples and cover lattice pastry. Bake at 305 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Optional: Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture over top the last 5 minutes of baking.
