LEMON CHICKEN SUPREME 
6 or 8 skinned chicken fillets or breast tenders
Lemon juice, approx. 1/2 c.
2 lemons, sliced
Garlic powder
Black pepper
1/2 - 1 tsp. dry mustard (opt.)

Put fillets in casserole. Sprinkle with seasonings. Pour lemon juice over to almost cover, add lemon slices to top. Cover with lid and refrigerate couple hours.

Set oven to 375 degrees and bake, covered about 45 minutes. Remove lid last 15 minutes. Brown and absorb juice. (Whole breast, 400 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours lid off 1/2 hour to brown or tenders at 375 degrees and bake 1/2 hour approximately and brown at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, approximately.)
