PINEAPPLE CREAM CAKE 
1 layer yellow cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 c. whipping cream + 1/3 c. sugar
Chopped nuts

Grease and flour 9-inch square pan. Bake cake according to package directions. Beat well 8 ounces cream cheese and 1/2 cup milk. In another bowl mix pudding and 1 1/2 cups of milk. Mix cream cheese and pudding together. Pour over cooled cake. Keep in 9-inch square pan.

Cover pudding layer with drained pineapple. Whip the cream (sweetened with 1/3 cup sugar) and pour over pineapple layer. Sprinkle top with chopped nuts. Refrigerate. To serve, cut into squares.

You may substitute an 8-ounce container of Cool Whip. It will cut calories. Sugar not necessary.
